From Paris with love

Here is a card I made a while ago. Well, not a card per se, but close enough! And it sure is about time I get it posted on here! I made it following a tutorial on the Noor Design blog, the UK version. If you wish to have a go yourself, you can find the tutorial here. It was definitely a challenge, and I have not attempted another one again yet, but I am sure I will!

The image is pre-coloured and by Wild Rose Studio. All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts (as always). The paper (and doily I believe) are by Papermania. The punches are by Martha Stewart, whereas all the border dies and matching butterflies are all by Noor Design. Lastly the sentiment stamp is by Lili of the Valley, and the lace and ribbon from a local shop. I used pearl strings to make bodies for the butterflies, from Kaiser Kraft.

Here are two more photos showing the two sides better.

Here’s my question… how do you close it? It is too marvelous for words. Thanks for the link to the instructions. And thanks for sharing with us at Tuesday Throwdown Challenge. Good luck.

I am very sorry about the late reply, between work and travelling I’ve not been around much at all!

Like I wrote on the post, it’s not quite a card. You can fold the right side (the one with the image) over the the rest though, but it’ll be about 4cm thick 🙂
