Earth Ballerina

I had a request for a ballerina card in earth tones, and this is what I came up with. The gorgeous stamp is by Aurora Wings and I’ve used various bits and bobs from Kort & Godt, Wild Orchid Crafts, Martha Stewart, Noor Design, Live and Love Crafts. The hair lost some of its vibration in the photo, but oh well. Can’t have it all!

And here is a closeup of the ballerina charm down in the corner. Isn’t it lovely?

Copics used: (skin) E000, E00, E04, E11, (hair) E08, E19, E49, E97, (clothes) E25, E29, E41, E42, E43.

This card has been entered into the following challenge:

Aurora Wings – Elements

Purple pansy passion

No colouring from me today. Instead I am showing one out of three cards I was asked to make for three great ladies who turned 50 in June. For this one I opted for purple and shabbied it up a bit by roughing up the edges. The paper is possibly Maja Design (or I suppose it could be Pion), I can never really keep track of it. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the butterfly puncher by Martha Stewart.

The shy pot plant

It is time for a new challenge over at Tiddly Inks. This time it is an autumny colour collage you can use for inspiration. I’ve stuck with most of the colours, apart from maybe the orange. The stamp I decided to use for this is one of the stamps you get in the Shy Violet set. It’s been coloured in with Copics. You can find the list of colours below.

I’ve used a text sentiment from Lili of the Valley, and flowers from The Hobby House and Wild Orchid Crafts.

Copics used: (pot) E42, E43, E44, E47, E49, (table) W1, W3, W5, W7, (flower) R81, R83, R85, R89, (leaves) G40, G82, G94, G99
