I have finally gotten around to update the page with the cards from 2013 so that is now fully up to date with all the creations from last year. Additionally, I have created a page with my creations I’ve posted so far this year and will ensure it’s kept up to date. I find it easier to get inspiration and find what I am after on these types of pages, which is why I am still adding them. Below are links to these two pages:
So, apparently Blogger is going to stop being useful. Well, the tracker part where you can keep all your favourite blog feeds anyway. At least that’s what some people are claiming at the moment. I am not sure if it is the friend connect, the google reader or both are disappearing. As annoying this is for some at the moment, I don’t really mind as the new thing, Bloglovin, that people are talking about. It means that my site can now easily be followed as well! I plan to follow all the blogs I were already following anyway, but I will stick with Bloglovin, even if the friend connect stays around. The interface on Bloglovin looks really good. I like how I can sort the blogs I’m following into various categories. The only thing I am not sure about is the “like” feature. I hope it won’t stop people from commenting on stuff they like on any blog as I know most people appreciate every comment they get. Anyway, if you’d like to follow my blog on Bloglovin, just click the button below!
I have finally gotten around to making the page with all the cards I have made so far this year to match the pages for the previous two years. You can find it here. I will keep updating it after every couple of cards I post. As with the previous pages, this page will make it easier to browse my cards without having to thrawl through page upon page of posts. This and the previous pages are available in the navigation menu on the top of the page.
I want my blog to be a happy place, with the focus on various bits of crafting. Today I make an exception.
Today is the 22nd July, and I’m Norwegian. I’m from Oslo and have lived there most of my life. On this date, a year ago, something terrible, the unimaginable, struck our safe little country, and my city.
Today is a day for remembrance. The victims were many; they will not be forgotten. The scars run deep and will take long to heal. Yet, I have never seen so much love. It makes me proud.
The photos are from last summer.
A month ago or so I spotted a post over at Copic Marker Europe that they were having a challenge running and that they provided the digital image to be used in the creation. As I have never really been provided with the actual image to use previously, I thought it would be a nice challenge and committed to join in by emailing for the two digital images that were provided.
