LotV Sweet Peas

It’s raining. A lot. I think it’s trying to make up for all the nice weather we’ve been having. Also, winter is coming. So I’ve made a spring themed card! Bright greens, a dash of darker greens and some pink for this little mouse sleeping with his book. The stamp is called Sweet Peas and can be found here in the Lili of the Valley Etsy shop.

Oh and they’re having 60% off through today, so it is a good day to pop by and pick up some favourites!

I’ve used a sentiment die by Papirdesign and some sequins. The die cut frame has been put in the top left corner of the card base.

LotV Christmouse Holly

Lili of the Valley has done it again and released a bunch of cute Christmas stamps! This time, however, they are also available as clear stamps! They have so many new and exciting things happening and it’s fun to watch! I’ve been a fan of their work since I started crafting ten years ago. The stamp I’ve used for my project is called Christmouse Holly and is available as both clear stamp and digital stamp. The sentiment is from the Swirly Festive Greetings set.

I’ve made a simple card with a Maja Design background paper, a circle die and some chipboard snowflakes.

Cupcake mouse

Here is the blog post for the card I made using the colouring from the video I posted earlier this week. You can find the video here.

I’ve used a stripe from one of the papers in one of MFT Stamps paper pads, the mouse and cupcake stamp are also MFT. Then I’ve die cut a number 3 (also MFT) and coloured it up in a matching green colour before die cutting a happy, embossing a birthday and sing three different types of washi tape to make a fun background for the sentiment area. I’ve also drawn a whimsical border in around the coloured panel. All in all, a fun card to make! I enjoyed making a different kind of card when using kraft and coloured pencils for a change.

RAM Birthday Mouse

Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studio released some adorable celebration stamps in March and I have coloured up one of them, Birthday Mouse, for today’s card.

I wanted a fun and colourful card, so got out a distress oxide ink, some altenew ink, a background stamp and various dies from MFT Stamps, La-La Land Crafts and Papirdesign. I stuck with the colour scheme from the coloured image.
