Shabby green

Here is the third of the three shabby imageless cards I made. I’ve used various bits from various places, including Live and Love Crafts, Martha Stewart, Pion and Wild Orchid Crafts.

And here is a photo of the three of them next to each other. Matching, but different still.

Star Dancer

A new challenge up on Copic Marker Norge for this month, with the theme of Anything Goes.

I have coloured up an image by Aurora Wings, it’s called Star Dancer and is full of little fiddly things to colour. It was quite fun, actually! I used my trusted copics for this and added some distress ink around the edge and some frantage. Oh, and of course, a touch of glitter to a couple of parts of the outfit.

The flowers are mostly from Wild Orchid Crafts. I’ve got some bits and bobs from the now sadly closed down Live and Love Crafts. Various dies from Memory Box, Noor Design and QuicKutz.

Another photo won’t hurt.

Copics used: (skin) E000, E00, E04, E11, (hair) E08, E18, E19, E49, E97, (outfit) G40, G82, G94, G99, YG03 and a white pen.

Soft blues

Here is the card I made for the most recent Art by Mi Ran facebook anything goes challenge that started almost two weeks ago. As my mojo isn’t been playing along for a while, I decided to use one of my favourite images, Rora and Butterfly.

The paper is scraps I had laying about which I roughed up the edged of and layered along with some ribbon, lace and cheese cloth. The lace and pearls are from Live and Love Crafts, as the blue flowers whereas the white rosebuds are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The sentiments are stamps from Lili of the Valley and Make it Crafty.

Some of the copics used, as I can’t remember all: (skin) E000, E00, E04, E11, R20, (hair) E42, E43, E44, E47, (dress) B91, B93, B95, B97, B99, (ground) W1, W3, W5, W7

Twin girls

When I was asked to make this card I was so thrilled it was two twin baby girls! I’ve made a few twin cards before, but not one I could make super girly and pink and frilly and pretty! I took a while to find the right image, but when I came across this Mo Manning image, I simply had to have it! I coloured it in with copics.

As for all the goodies on the card: I have used Noor Design dies for the butterflies, edge border and leaves, Live and Love Crafts for the lace and berry flower, Wild Orchid Crafts for the remaining flowers.
