Huldra snowman

I got invited to a crafting retreat this autumn quite last minute and this is one of the cards I made there. One of the other ladies there inspired this card as she’d made a beautiful mosaic background with leftover green papers. I simply had to lift the idea and made a card of my own with the same technique. I really quite like it!

The papers are by Maja Design and Papirdesign, and the stamps are both from Huldra Designstudio. I love the sentiment. It reads: A snowflake is the butterfly of winter.

Begge stemplene er fra Huldra Designstudio og jeg synes tekststempelet er veldig fint! The papers are from Maja Design og Papirdesign.

LLLC: Fall leaves

Hello everyone. It is Friday again and time for another La-La Land Crafts project. Today I’ve opted for making a card where I’ve done loads of colouring. I’ve used the Happy Fall stamp as the Marci is a little smaller and then I’ve drawn in a tree with loads of autumn coloured leaves. I’ve made a little sentiment cluster with some of the leaf dies to go with. You find it all linked below.

Stamps:
Happy Fall
Happy Boo to You clear stamp (sentiment)

Dies:
Filigree Leaves
Leaves Confetti
Long Flags

Copics used: (leaves) E08, E19, E99, YG01, YG95, Y38, YR18, (jacket) YG61, YG63, YG67, (boots) W3, W5, W7, (tree) E70, E71, E74, E77, (hair) E53, E55, E57, E59, (skin) E000, E00, E02, E13, E15, (sky) B0000

Tiny snowman for Christmas

Guess what!? I have finally updated the overview page for this with all cards I’ve added on the blog up until this one. Boy that took some time. I hadn’t realised I’d made quite that many! If you’d like to take a look, then you can view it here.

Time to show you one of the Christmas card I made at the end of August! I’m still on track for two a month, but I don’t think I will be too eager to make many in December. I feel a bit Christmassed out! Anyway. I decided on a grey, green and purple combination for this, and kept it simple like I have recently.

The stamp is by C.C. Designs and I love it! I’ve combined it with some glitter card stock, La-La Land Crafts Christmas and banner dies, Maja Design paper and some transparent Nuvo Drops.

Copics used: E000, E00, E02, E13, E15, E70, E71, E74, E77, E79, V09, V12, V15, V17, W1, W3, YG61, YG63, YG67

Konfirmasjonskort

I have made a confirmation card for a boy. I opted out of using a coloured image this time around and instead I went with one of the prints from Maja Design. All the background papers are also Maja Design. I used some blue and white twine, a guitar charm from Kort og Godt and some chipboard stars by Papirdesign that matched the colours rather well. The inside was decorated with a pocket for money or a gift certificate on one side and a space for writing on the other side.

29. The forest

I have an imageless card to show you today. It was made for someone who loves the outdoor and the forest, so I decided to go with a green and brown theme and use loads of cut out trees. The tree die is by Noor Design. I’ve used flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and Live and Love Crafts, as well as lace from LLC. The main paper here I believe is Pion.

And another funky angle photo!
