Polkadoodles frosty smiles New Friends

We have had such a great winter so far this year. It started snowing right before new years and yesterday it snowed loads! Unfortunately it’s been replaced by rain today. I hope it doesn’t all rain away. White and pretty beats grey and wet any day at this time of year!

So today’s card had to be another winter themed one! I’ve used one of the newer Polkadoodles stamps again. It’s called Frosty Winter Smiles – New Friends. This time I’ve opted for a pink card, and I coloured up the stamp in no-lines again. The main background paper is from the Blushing Blooms paper pad. For decorations I’ve made a cluster with various die cuts using scrap paper I’ve had laying around as well as more from the Blushing Blooms pad. A simple sentiment to kick start the Christmas cards for next winter and some enamel dots finishes off the look.

I’ve taken another photo of the card as well.

Friendship is a million little things

Another very simple card. And I’m now certain I will manage to post up a new card every day this month. Only two days to go!

Today I’ve used a stamp from Mo’s Digital Pencil. It’s such a happy image and it’s fun to colour it up, too. The sentiment is by Whimsy Stamps and it’s from the Enjoy the Little Things clear stamp set.

LotV penguin friends

Cards don’t have to be very complicated or fancy. Sometimes keeping it real simple works just fine. That’s what I opted for this time. I printed the Lili of the Valley Penguin Friends stamp at the top of the panel and then coloured in approximately 1/3 of the panel leaving the rest white. The sentiment was put on and printed together with the penguins. It is one of the sentiments from the 60 Christmas circular and more sentiments set, but instead of keeping the rounded shape I split it up and made it a long one.

Mo’s Sunshine and Laughter

Last month I signed up as a patreon of Mo’s Digital Pencil. Basically I love her stamps, would hate if she stopped drawing things I can colouring aaaaand there’s a free image each month. Sounds great to me! Anyway, this card here is made with this month’s stamp which will be in the shop next month. I absolutely love it and will colour it up again soon!

I’ve coupled it with a background stamp by MFT Stamps, a little bit of distress oxide ink for a colourful dash on the side and obvioutely my Copic Markers.
