Mo’s Peter Pan

I coloured this image up a while ago, in February in fact, for the previous 30 day challenge hosted by Kathy Rac. I always end up having quite a few coloured images laying around after these challenges, and as there is one going on right now my pile is stacking up nicely. It was quite fun to colour up, especially with all the folds on the shirt and the funky hair. I made a little scene to go with it too. The stamp is from Mo’s Digital Pencil.

Copics used: (skin) E000, E00, E02, E13, E15, (hair) E21, E25, E29, (green) YG01, YG13, YG63, YG67, (sword) C1, C3, C5, E21, E25, E29, (leaves) Y17, E19, E97

LLLC – Just for You boy card

Guess what?! For the new release at La-La Land Crafts I’ve used a…. boy stamp! Yes, you read it right, I’ve finally made a boy card! I even freehand coloured up some bushes around him.

The new release is really great! I especially love this background stamp. It is called Just for You. You should see how many gingham backgrounds I have laying around now in all kinds of colours! It’s easy to use and simply makes a great background. I’ll be using it a lot from now on, for sure!

Stamps:
Just for You
Januty Luka

Stitched Nested Circles
Triangle Lace Border

Boy time

Easter is over already. I didn’t have time to make a single bit of Easter decorations this year. It feels like I have to get started soon if I want to get many Christmas cards done, but I have at least managed to do a wreath. I don’t remember if I took any photos of it before I put it away until Christmas, but I did I’ll get them added at the weekend! Hope you all had a wonderful Easter.

The challenge this month at The Hobby House is Anything Goes using the new toppers. The toppers are so lovely. You can find them in this section at The Hobby House online shop. I have made two cards showing some of the boy images. I have used ribbon, buttons and pearls from The Hobby House and the plain cards are from Craftwork Cards.

Gone fishing

I have been on holiday for over a week and got home yesterday. Tomorrow I leave for another couple of days. Once June hits things will get a little more back to normal, I hope. At least I should have more time for the blog than I have had the past couple of weeks! Summer is finally coming. I hope you all have a sunny day!

A boy card! It has been a while since I posted up any of those. This one I made for my uncle’s 70th birthday. The pre-coloured image is by Lili of the Valley. I remember the green paper being from First Edition Paper, but I cannot recall where the other is from. All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the small buttons are card candi by Craftwork Cards. The branches are made using a Martha Stewart puncher.

Having a rest

It has been over a month since I last posted a masculine card, so here is one! I made this one a couple of weeks ago for my uncle’s 70th birthday. The image I used is a pre-coloured one from Lili of the Valley, and the flowers are as usual from Wild Orchid Crafts. I have used Spellbinders for the circles, both scalloped and not, and the leaves are made with a Martha Stewart puncher.
