Heffy Doodle Unicorns

This month I have the honour of showing you a couple of cards I’ve made for Heffy Doodle as a guest designer. First up is a card filled with unicorns and a rainbow. I chose to use all of the unicorns from the Fluffy Puffy Unicorns stamp set and coloured them up with my Copic markers. I decided to cut them all out by hand, but you can obviously save time by using the coordinating die.

To make the card I started out by using the stripy blue background from the Spring Breeze paper pad and then I die cut a white panel using one of the frame dies from the Deckled Paper Hugs die set. I die cut several circles to make a rainbow in various plain card stock colours. The unicorns were then placed on top, using foam tape, in rainbow colours from left to right.

The sentiment is from the Little Label Stamps set and I then put some sequins around it from the Sugar Plum Sparkle mix.

PFS Rainbow

No colored image on today’s Picket Fence Studios DT card. Instead I’ve coloured up a die cut rainbow, A Rainbow die for All Seaons! It is quite a fun die, and the set includes a watermelon as well, but I decided to not include it on my card.

The blue card stock and the All About The Teals sequins add the sky and water drop effect. The sentiment is from the Animal Crackers You Deserve to be Spoiled set.

LOTV Candles

I’ve made a birthday card with the candles from the newest Lili of the Valley release. You can find them here in a clear stamp version. A fun sentiment was made to go with using some of the words that come with the candles.

The mini slimline card was made by using a Lawn Fawn die to cut out the coloured panel.

RAM birthday Turtle

I have another Rachelle Anne Miller card to share with you. This time I’ve used one of the new stamps that was released earlier this month. It’s called Birthday Turtle. I have mirrored the stamp so the turtle is facing the right side and I drew in some clouds behind the turtle. The balloons were coloured up in loads of different colours, because why not right? And then I added some sentiments and enamel dots in various colours to go with.

Rainbow books

I really wanted to make something today. It’s been a super busy week and I’ve hardly had time to sit down and spend time crafting or colouring, so now that it’s finally weekend I wanted to make sure to get some time in! And nothing. There was nothing I felt like making, apart from a vague feeling of wanting something with a rainbow on. After a while I remembered this pencil colouring I did a while back. The stamp is by Mama Elephant. I had some Lawn Fawn scrap paper laying about in lovely rainbow colours, so a piece of that, some white cardstock and the perfect Mama Elephant sentiment meant I got a card done after all!
