LLLC: Pumpkin Baby Luka

Midway through October already! This week we have In the Pumpkin Patch as our theme at La-La Land Crafts. I have opted to use the Pumpkin Baby Luka stamp for my project. You can find links to all the various La-La Land Crafts products I’ve used below the photos. For the background stamp I have used Distress Oxide Ink in the colour Wild Honey

Here is another photo of the card.

Stamping layers and copics

One of the other stamp sets I bought from Altenew is a layering stamp set of a tree. I stamped it with three different Distress Oxide and then I coloured over it. I drew in some lines on the tree with a darker brown Copic Marker and then I added loads of tiny dots to the leaves in two different pink hues and a white pen before adding dots for the grass. And that is all it took really, together with the great sentiments from Altenew also. I think I will try this again soon!

A simple floral card

A clean and simple floral card today using the wonderful country bouquet from Power Poppy. I coloured it in with Copics. If you’d like to colour it in a similar way, you can find my tutorial on how to colour up this image here.

Thinking of you

Today I have a clean and simple card for you with loads of white space and an important sentiment. The stamp is from My Favorite Things (the Ewe Are the Best set) and the sentiment is from Altenew. A perfect match, I think. I used a little bit of purple cardstock as a frame.

LLLC: Christmas treat holder

Friday is upon us yet again and this time the La-La Land Crafts  DT Friday team has been tasked to make treat holders! I sat down with my paper tripper and my score board and after a couple of a attempts this is what I came up with. I think next time I’ll just find myself a tutorial to follow and save myself some hassle, haha. It was fun, though, and I quite like how it turned out! It is basically a box at the bottom with one panel each side tied together at the top.

I’ve used loads of different La-La Land Crafts products and you can find them all listed below the photos. In addition I’ve used Maja Design papers, some twine for the tag and ribbon to tie the box.

Here is the back side of the box which I’ve decorated with a sentiment, another hippo stamp and some dies.

Stamps:
Hippo Holiday clear stamp
Jolly Elves clear stamp (sentiments)

Dies:
Star Wreath
Filigree Christmas Tree
Long Flags

Stitched Clouds border
Scalloped Rectangles
Stitched Nested Circles

Copics used: W0, W1, W3, W5, R22, R24, R39, R89, E41, E42, E43, V12, V15, V17
