RAM paper plane

It is time for my second DT project this month for Rachelle Anne Miller. What also happened today is that MFT Stamps has announced that from the start of February they will be selling Rachelle’s illustrations as stamps! How cool is that? For today’s project I’ve used the paper plane with the two kids. I made this card inspired by a card I made last autumn and hand cut the stamp for a change. I used two distress oxides for the sky together with a self-made circle stencil and MFT’s cloud stencil, and then I put the clouds, plane and sentiment on form pads

Copics used: E00, E02, E13, E15, E42, E43, E44, W0, W1, W3, N5, N7, N9, BG11, BG13, BG15, BG18, BG78

LotV James bear flowers for you

Another simple card using Lili of the Valley James bear. I’ve coloured up the stamp using Copic, used matching red cardstock and kept the sentiment and embellishments simple. Just the way I like it 🙂

The sentiment, cardstock and rectangle die are all by MFT Stamps, and the enamel dots are from Altenew.

Thankful for you flowers

So far this year I’ve mostly been colouring up flowers. I got a gift certificate for my birthday last year at Power Poppy and it’s only now I’ve had time to sit down and colour up a few of them. Today’s card is made using one of these stamps. A little bit of experimenting with colours and keeping the card simple, as usual, is basically the recipe for this card.

The cardstock and rectangular die are both by MFT Stamps. I’ve used a sentiment from a collaboration between Hero Arts and Gina K with one of the lovely Pinkfresh inks. I’ve taken two photos again today, so here is the other one as well:

Polkadoodles frosty smiles New Friends

We have had such a great winter so far this year. It started snowing right before new years and yesterday it snowed loads! Unfortunately it’s been replaced by rain today. I hope it doesn’t all rain away. White and pretty beats grey and wet any day at this time of year!

So today’s card had to be another winter themed one! I’ve used one of the newer Polkadoodles stamps again. It’s called Frosty Winter Smiles – New Friends. This time I’ve opted for a pink card, and I coloured up the stamp in no-lines again. The main background paper is from the Blushing Blooms paper pad. For decorations I’ve made a cluster with various die cuts using scrap paper I’ve had laying around as well as more from the Blushing Blooms pad. A simple sentiment to kick start the Christmas cards for next winter and some enamel dots finishes off the look.

I’ve taken another photo of the card as well.

RAM Ballerina girl

Time for my first Rachelle Anne Miller project of the year. I’ve chosen one of her adorable girly stamps, a little ballerina. You can find the stamp in her shop here. The whole panel has been coloured up and then I’ve used a stitched rectangle die, embossed a sentiment and added three enamel dots as the only embellishments. The panel itself has been added with foam tape to raise it up from the card base a little.
