My friend Elin has run off to the mountains for a much needed summer holiday, so to help bring some inspiration of the Mo Manning kind I am going to try (and fail) to fill her crafty shoes. First up is this adorable Bounty for a dash of summer. A yellow, happy card with a bold sentiment using an Altenew die cut (aff. link). The yellow background paper is by Papirdesign.
Today marks the March release for Alex Syberia and I’ve been invited along as a guest designer! The stamp I chose for my Instagram Hop post is called Fabulous Floral and is designed to fit a slimline card. I decided to keep it as a slimline and opted for a light peach shade for all the flowers. The black cardstock framed it in nicely. I added a few black dots to the white space, a sentiment and then a handful of transparent sequins as embellishments.
I found a sentiment in my stamp collection that fit perfectly in both size and text. It’s from a collab set between GinaK Design and Hero Arts.
Copics used is YR00, R12, YR0, R22, R43, E44, E79
A few days ago, for the blog hop, I shared a simple card featuring one of the new wreaths at Your Next Stamp from the Holiday Twinkle stamp set. Today I have a card using the other wreath, the star! I’ve made a completely different card using the Paint Swooshes and Splashes stamp set to create a background using two different types of Distress Oxide Inks. The banner and sentiment is also from the wreath stamp set and I coupled it with chipboard from Make It Crafty.
Don’t forget about the blog hop that ends tonight and the discount. You find the details on my blog hop post!
Today is blog hop day! Your Next Stamp is giving away 1 x $25 YNS Gift Certificate. To be in it to win it, you simply need to leave a comment on the blog posts. The new Your Next Stamp release is now out! It is such a great and fun release! Did you see card I showed yesterday with the cute Holiday Ponies? Well today I have another card for you. This time I used the circular wreath from the Holiday Twinkle stamp set and made a very simple card because I think the stamp is enjoy of a decoration on its own. You can find all the new products at the Your Next Stamp store. And while you’re there, you shouldn’t forget about the discount:
Anyway, let’s take a look at my card! There are so many fun elements to colour up. I really quite like both the wreaths on this set, so there might just be another card from me soon, just saying! I’ve kept it simple by adding it onto grey cardstock using foam tape for dimension and drew on a black border. The sentiment banner is cut out by hand and also put on foam tape.
Below you can find all the participants for this blog hop. Make sure you visit each of these talented ladies and leave them some love for a chance to win! And don’t forget to leave me a comment before you go.
