POD Merriest Little City

It is finally here! The Purple Onion Designs Christmas release! And it is possibly the best one yet. I absolutely love it! For my first card I’ve used some stamps from the Stacey Yacula collection. At the front you have Cotton and Nibbles walking past the City Christmas Tree with the City Skyline in the background. The sentiment is from the Merriest City sentiment set.

Here is a side-on photo as well.

POD Aloha

I’m not done sharing summer cards yet! The cute summer release from Purple Onion Designs is still being used. I’ve used Thaddeus as a barkeeper. With him being masked behind the stand it’s hard to see he’s really making a sandcastle, so that’s how he ended up as a barkeeper instead! It is the Tiki Hut and Tiki Torch that is being used as a bar and I think Mimi is very happy with her drink! The big aloha sentiment is from the Seaside sentiment set. I opted for darker, bright colours on the Tiki Hut to contrast with the sunrise in the background.

POD Kai the Fox Surfer

I’ve made another card using Kai from the summer release at Purple Onion Designs. This time I’ve gone with more feminine colours and added some bright pinks. I’ve coloured up Kai with my Copics and then made a mask so I could use Distress Oxides around. Then I gave the panel a border and stamped up one of the stamps from the new sentiment set (I love this set!).

POD Snowfetti

I’m in the spirit of Christmas cards at the moment, so I have to share loads! Sorry, not sorry! Here is Elliot and Marcel making Snowfetti. It is from Purple Onion Designs’ Julian Charlton range. I think the stamp is super cool and tried something new: pencil colouring on a blue background. Fun! I’ve added extra snow and a fun border around. Love how the pencil colouring turned out, so don’t be surprised if you see more like it!

POD Gazing at the Sunrise

There is something about rubber stamps and the amazingly clear stamp you get from it. There is no secret that I love Purple Onion Designs and their gorgeous stamps. I’m looking forward to making the blog more active and show you all the cards I’ve made the past couple of months. First off is this Gazing couple enjoying the Sunrise. And the Seaside sentiment set is perfect. I’ve used a matching dark brown ink for this one.
