Winter Wonderland

For the first challenge of the year, which is an anything goes challenge, the Copic Marker Norge DT has been challenged to use the theme of winter and snow. I’ve opted for a stamp by Lili of the Valley with a lil girl with a penguin outside at winter time.

Tilda holding a snowman

One more day to go here in Norway and it’ll be Christmas! Today I’m going to show you the card I made for my secret santa over at Copic Marker Norge. I coloured up a Magnolia stamp. I used some Papirdesign paper and painted the edges with white acrylic paint. The sentiment is from Huldra Designstudio.

Copics used: (hair) E08, E19, E97, E49, (skin) E000, E00, E02, E13, E15, R20, R22, (snowman) C1, C3, C5, (white on hat) W0, W1, W3, W5, W7, W9, (green) YG13, YG61, YG63, YG67, G99, (red) R24, R29, R39

Funky girl bookmark

Can you ever have too many bookmarks? For me that answer is no! I love reading and I rarely manage to read just one book at a time. I am also terribly good at misplacing my bookmarks so having an extra supply of those is great. With a kid that also loves to read it’s just a great way to keep making bookmarks!

I opted for pink, for a change, for this bookmark. I’ve used various dies from La-La Land Crafts, Memory Box and Precious Marieke, some washi tape, embossed a background and coloured up a stamp from Huldra Designstudio.

Jeg har laget et rosa bokmerke med La-La Land Craft, Memory Box og Precious Marieke dies, litt washi tape. Den hvite bakgrunnen er embosset og stempelet jeg fargela er fra Huldra Designstudio.

Wryn Wishes for hugs

It is Friday! Yey! The snow is finally nearly gone and we have decent spring weather and it has gotten reasonably warm rather quickly. I am loving it! Spent so much time outside this week!

Today it’s time to snow you another Tiddly Inks card, for Fab Friday! For this card I’ve used the lovely image Wryn Wishes. I’ve used a border die from La-La Land Crafts, leaves are from a Precious Marieke die and the hearts are from Memory Box. The hugs is a chipboard from Make it Crafty and I’ve used Maja Design paper. Around the image I’ve used a swirly leaf die from Noor Design and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Copics used: (hair) E08, E18, E19, E97, (skin) E00, E02, E04, E13, E15, (dress) V000, V91, V93, V95, (flower and dragonflies) W0, W3, Y11, Y19, R20, R22, YG13, YG67

Bringing gifts in the snow

As I mentioned earlier this month: I managed to complete my two Christmas cards this month. Here is the other one. This one was also completed on the 28th February. Got to love last-minute work, right? I decided to go with another winter themed card as they are my favourites for Christmas.

For this one I used a Magnolia stamp, various Maja Design paper, acrylic paint, candi, Memory Box and QuicKutz (Lifestyle Crafts) dies and cheese cloth.

And the side on view:
