Wedding in Paris

It’s wedding season, isn’t it? Here is the first of about a handful of cards I have made. I stumbled upon some lovely pre-coloured images by Wild Rose Studio. Aren’t they lovely?!

The paper I used is a lovely rose frame by Pion Design. The leaves and butterflies are made from a Martha Stewart puncher. I used pearls to give the butterflies bodies and also to decorate the top corners of the card and to frame the image. The ribbon is from one of the Christmas flowers from last year, I believe, and all the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Deliverphant

It is still cold out here, which makes for a perfect excuse to sit in doors and make cards and other bits and pieces! This card has been made with QuicKutz dies, leaves made with a Martha Stewart puncher, a stamp from Wild Rose Studio coloured in with Copics, flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and a ribbon cut from a hangy strap on a top, heh.

This card has been entered into the following challenges:

Paper Playtime – Sentiment Stamp
Scrap’a’long – Grønn, blå og hvit
Dies to Die for – Flower Power
Card and Scrap – Blomster

It looks like I might not have time to make anything until mid December, but I hope I am wrong. Anyway, here is the card.

Punch and wine

June has seemed more like monsoon season, than first month of summer. Something good has come out of it though: it has put my creativity on an all time high! I reckon I have been making an average of three cards a day the past week and a half. I am surprised my other half hasn’t gone mad by now…
