It’s time for another project using a Rachelle Anne Miller image and this time I’ve chosen the adorable Paper Boat stamp. The card itself is simple and everything is coloured with Copic markers, but the white highlights are made using a Sakura gelly roll. I’ve embossed a Norwegian Happy Birthday sentiment onto blue card stock and added a few enamel dots around it.
