PFS The Best Dirt (new release)

New release day at Picket Fence Studios (this and following links are affiliate links) today! And I’ve got a fun card to show you. I’ve used the new 1.5″ Connected Squares Shaker creator die to create a diamond shaped pattern of windows for the cute girls from the The Best Dirt stamp set. I deliberately chose a completely different colour for the sentiment this time. The sentiment is from the Espresso Yourself stamp set. To finish off I used loads of foam pads to raise the panel and then some sequins from the Lake Tahoe Embellishment jar.

Here is a close-up of the colouring and the die cut windows for each girl.

Mo’s Sofie

I love the little girls Mo of Mo’s Digital Pencil draws up and Sofie here is no exception! Isn’t she sweet where she’s holding her little doll? It seemed like the perfect stamp for a 2 year old, so I printed out a blue number who with the stamp. While colouring up the girl, I also gave the number a bit of shading.

Then I used a Papirdesign stamp saying Happy Birthday in Norwegian on top before die cutting the panel using a Mama Elephant die and some Altenew enamel dots.

PFS Million Little Things

I’ve had fun coloring up one of the new Picket Fence Studios stamps. The lovely flowers are from the Million Little Things stamp set. I opted for soft shades on the flowers to really show how different it can look when you take away those black lines. It also gives the card such a delicate look. The sentiment is from the same stamp set and I’ve used a few pretties from the Banana Daquiri sequin mix.

There is a great sale going on, ending tonight (Monday 29th). Have you seen it? 20%, gifts with purchase AND the rainbow coloured Paper Pouncers are back in stock. Does it get any better than that? You can read all about it on their homepage.

Here is another photo of the card:

POD Pop of colour

Spring is definitely here and both grass and trees are turning green. So how about a card to celebrate just that?

I have used the Woodland background stamp together with Marigold. One of the things I appreciate when it comes to these stamps are the names given to the different animals. I love that they all have their own names! Anyway, they are two of the great stamps over at Purple Onion Designs, both from the Stacey Yacula collection. The sentiment is from the Everyday Blurbs set.

POD Flannel the Raccoon

I love making Christmas cards and the Purple Onion Designs stamps are perfect for it! Here you can see Flannel the Raccoon. He is pulling his sled with two big gifts on. I wonder what’s inside. I love a good winter scene for my Christmas cards so I used one of the Snowy Trees and stamped it up three times. The sentiment is from the Snow Much Fun sentiment set.
