I’ve, once again, used the Feeding the Birds stamp from Mo’s Digital Pencil. This time I’ve cut it out by hand and used only very few colours. The card is made with items from various companies. The background stamp is by Simon Says Stamp, inked with Distress Oxide, the polaroid frame die is by MFT Stamps and the snowflakes by Hello Bluebird. A simple sentiment by Mama Elephant and some red and white baker’s twine finished off the card.

Winter hugs
It’s been a quiet week on the blog, but that’s because there’s been a colouring challenge on Instagram and I simply haven’t got the time to do both at the moment! That ended yesterday, though, so now I’m back with more cards!
Today’s card is another Christmas one. I’ve coloured up a stamp by Purple Onion Designs and kept the card simple apart from the cluster of die cuts and scraps at the top. The papers are mostly from various Maja Design collections which has been cut with dies from Whimsy Stamps, La-La Land Crafts and Memory Box, and the sentiment is by Simon Says Stamp.
LotV Igloo Friends
Time for a new Lili of the Valley card, and I’ve made a Christmas one! I’ve used a stamp called Igloo Bears. I cut out the panel with a stitched frame die and added various cuts of different matching paper scraps I had laying around in a cluster at the top. A bit of twine with a sentiment on added the final touch. The sentiment is also from Lili of the Valley and you can find it here.
Penguin with snowball
Time for another Christmas card, and once again it’s a rather blue one! I’ve used distress oxide on a background stamp from Simon Says Stamp together with dies from MFT Stamps (frame) and Papirdesign (sentiment). The stamp, by Whimsy Stamps, is coloured up with Copics and a few blue sequins finished off the look.
Polkadoodles Feeding the birds
Today marks the day for my final post on the Polkadoodles DT. The card I’ve made is a Christmas card as a reminder that it’s a good idea to make them all year around so that when December comes around again you don’t have to spend lots of time that you don’t really have to make more cards than you thought you needed. At least that’s how my Decembers tend to be. Too many cards to make and not enough time!
The stamp I have used is called Feeding the Birds and is a digital stamp. I’ve positioned it to the very side of the panel made sure it was big enough to get all the details to show properly.
The card itself is super easy. I’ve taken a matching piece of scrap paper I had laying around and made a border at the top, which was added with foam tape for dimension. The same goes for the sentiment. A handful of matching sequins around the text finished off the card.
