LotV little baby elephant

I love this stamp. That’s definitely no secret at all. I love using it on baby cards. Mostly clean and simple ones, but sometimes layered ones, too. Today I’m going to show you a clean and simple one that I made recently. I used a patterned paper by Lawn Fawn, a chipboard from Make it Crafty and made a sentiment strip to go with. And that’s it. The card didn’t need anything else. The adorable stamp is by Lili of the Valley, of course.

More distress fun

Here is the second card I made with the elephant and hippo sets from MFT Stamps for the course I’ll be having in a week and a half in Oslo. I went for blues and greens this time to contrast the pinks of the other card.

Here is a photo of both of them together:

Mermaid and watercolour

I have finally tried some watercolour again! I made this background just playing around really. It is quite fun and I think it worked well for my little mermaid from MFT Stamps. I’ve made this card for their sketch challenge this week.

Copics used: (skin) E0000, E00, E02, E13, E15, (hair) E08, E18, E19, E49, E97 (tail) BG11, BG15, BG18, BG78

This card has been entered into the following challenge:

MFT Stamps – Sketch Challenge 453

Tiddly Molly celebrates

It is the first Tuesday of the month and that means we have a new challenge at Tiddly Inks. This time we’re playing tic tac toe. I’ve done both diagonal lines and the top row, so dies – stamp – ribbon, dies – patterened paper – lace and lace – stamp – embossing. My card is made using the Tiddly Inks stamp Molly Celebrates. I’ve used paper from Maja Design, dies from MFT Stamps and LLLC as well as my favourite lace and some ribbon I had laying around.

Copics used: (skin) E0000, E00, E02, E13, E15, (hair) E08, E18, E19, E49, E97, (turquoise) BG11, BG15, BG18, BG49, BG78, (black) N5, N7, N9, (pink) RV63, RV66, RV69, (yellow) YR20, YR23, E97 + white gel pen and a black 0.3 multiliner

Colouring video: Make a wish

I finally have another colouring video for you! It is a Mo’s Digital Pencil stamp called Make A Wish and I have coloured it up in no-lines. To colour up in no-lines you can print out a digital stamp in really faint lines, or you can use a pale coloured ink (or stamp several times with a dark one without reapplying the ink) on a rubber or clear stamp. I used this to make a card a few months back, but there’s been so much going on that I’ve only just managed to get the video done! Better late than never, right?

There is no audio on this video. I will try to add that to my next one again, though.

Here is the card I made with the finished colouring.

Copics used: (skin) E0000, E00, E02, E13, E15, R30, (hair) E21, E25, E27, E29, (turquoise) BG10, BG11, BG15, BG18, (purple) V12, V15, V17, (grey) N0, N1, N3, N5, N7, (green) G21, G40, G82, G94
