Polkadoodles snowman skiing

My first design team project of the year is one for Polkadoodles using their latest release, Frosty Smiles. It’s all about snowmen! Which is perfect really as we’ve had a white start to the year and we have definitely made time for playing in the snow. This particular snowman is out skiing!

The sentiment, stamped with Altenew ink, is from the Spring Rose layering stamp set.

Here is another photo of the card.

Polkadoodles delivery time

I have another card with a drawn in background. This time I opted for a different kind of trees, but kept it pretty simple. A little at a time, right? ๐Ÿ™‚ This was used with an adorable stamp by Polkadoodles called Delivery Time. I am quite enjoying making little winter scenes at the moment and this was no exception. There will be a video coming soon showing how I coloured this one up, so check back next week!

Polkadoodles witch

It’s time for another Polkadoodles card! I used Winnie Wednesday Witch and decided to make a birthday card from it. We don’t tend to make a big deal of Halloween here, even if it’s a little bigger every year, so Halloween cards is something I don’t make many of. To have a fitting sentiment for this card, I decided to just write one up and print it. I really wanted a wicked one!

What I do enjoy though, however, is to carve pumpkins and due to various restrictions and unfortunate circumstances due to the current pandemic I ended up carving three of them this year. You can see the photos of them on my Instagram account!

Copics used: E000, E00, E02, E13, E15, R20, R22, E08, E18, E19, E49, E97, V09, V12, V15, V17, BV20, BV23, BV25, BV29, Y35, Y38, N3, N5, N7, N9, W0, W1, W3, W5, E71, E74, E77, E79

Polkadoodles Winnie xmas wishes

Another Polkadoodles project on the menu today! The stamp is called Just for You and I’ve opted for traditional reds and greens in the colouring. For the card itself, however, I wanted a blue and white wintery feel, so I used patterned paper in those colours which I painted with white acrylic paint around the edge. The peace and joy background paper is from the Gnome Season paper pack. The circle die is from the stitched and pierced nested circles set.

Copics used: BV20, BV23, BV25, BV29, N0, N1, N3, N5, N7, R24, R27, R29, R59, R89, G21, G43, G46, BG99, E00, E02, E13, E15, E41, E42, E43, E44, E71, E74, E77, E79, B0000, B000
