PFS Hooray

Another fun birthday card today made with the new Picket Fence Studios (this and all following links are affiliate links) release. I made the background using the new Birthday Dance Confetti background stamp. I think used the same Catherine Pooler inks to ink up a panel which I die cut using the new Hooray word die. This was die cut a few times and layered for dimension. The sentiment is from Animal Crackers A Little Note. A few sequins from the Karma embellishment jar finished off the card.

Masquerade birthday

I coloured up this My First Masked Ball stamp by Rachelle Anne Miller a while ago, but only just got around to making this card this autumn. So here it is! I’ve used an embossing folder on pink card stock and glued it onto the card base before using a smaller part of the coloured panel to layer over the top. The stamp has been coloured up with Copic and the stamped sentiment is from a sentiment set by Waffle Flower. Matching sequins are always a bonus!

And another photo, because we love those!

MFT Superstar

I was unsure for a while, if I would be able to make a card for the contest or not, but here I am! This year I’ve decided to only enter in one of the categories: Clean and Simple Genius . Yup, you guessed it, it is the annual Superstar contest over at My Favorite Things!

A friend and I have been ordering together a few times the past year or two, to save on postage, and this adorable set I ordered arrived just last week. I am loving the new designs, so of course I had to pick a Jenoblade. Here is Fall for You. The scene stamp is stamped in no-line and coloured in pale colours, and then the other stamp is coloured in bolder colours, with a dash of contrasting pink (which I reused for the card stock border on the side). The sentiment is from the Everything Wonderful set (loving these sentiments!).

So yeah, this is my Superstar entry this year. Good luck to all the participants! Have a great Sunday, everyone.

LH Bunny on Presents

Today I have another simple card to share with you. A 1st birthday card. I used Lee Holland’s Bunny on Presents and coloured it up in no-line while adding a subtle 1 to the balloon. A simple matching sentiment and a few enamel dots as usual to finish off the card.
