Colouring tutorial: Countryside Bouquet, Power Poppy

Hello everyone! I finally have a new colouring video to share with you. I filmed this a few months ago, but then life happened and with my voice being partially gone the past month (almost) it’s taken a while for me to get the editing done. So first off I’d like to apologise for my voice not being great, but I got a bit fed up waiting for the cough to go completely and having my voice back to normal.

I have used a stamp by Power Poppy called Countryside Bouquet. You can find it in both digital and clear stamp versions.

If you would rather watch the video on You Tube, here.

If you’d like to see the card I made with this colouring, you can find that here.

Shy Tiddly Violet

I am finally back with another Tiddly Inks make for you all! It has been a while and as I was unable to make some inspiration for this monthly challenge when it went live, I decided to make it for you now, for Fab Friday! The theme for this challenge is Clean and Simple, so I’ve done just that.

The sentiment stamp is from Huldra Design and I’ve used Nuvo to make the pearl arrangements. Oh and the stamp? It’s called Shy Violet!

Copics used: RV17, RV52, RV55, YG61, YG63, YG67, Y13, Y17, Y19, E000, E00, E02, E13, E15, E41, E42, E43, E74

Countryside bouquet

It’s been a while since I shared a proper clean and simple card. Here I’ve coloured in an image, put it on purple card stock, added a few pearls and a sentiment. I do like them like this. The image I’ve used is from Power Poppy, Countryside Bouquet, and I’ve listed all the colours I used at the bottom of the post. This card has been made for the current moodboard challenge over at the Copic Marker Norge blog.

Copics used: (green) YG13, YG67, (yellow) Y11, Y13, Y19, Y38, (red) R22, R24, R27, R89, (orange) Y19, Y38, YR18, E08, (blue) V000, B91, B93, B97, (centre of flowers) E08, E97 (grey) W3, W7, (background) W0, W1, Y000, V000

Faythe’s Cherry Flowers

Recently Tiddly Inks was out with a new image. It’s called Faythe’s Cherry Flowers. Of course I had to get it and use it as I think it is really sweet. I quite like the character Faythe and her awesome hair.

If you’d like to see how I’ve coloured up this image, you can see it here. Yes, I’ve made a video of me colouring her up! I hope you enjoy it! I’ll make a seperate post about it tomorrow.

I’ve used various papers from Maja Design along with some La-La Land Crafts dies and a Make It Crafty chipboard which I coloured with both matching colours and the white dots of the dress.

Copics used: (skin) E000, E00, E02, E13, E15, (hair) E70, E71, E74, E77, E79, (dress and shoes) B91, B93, B95, B97, B99, (flowers) RV52, RV55, R39, YG13, YG63, YG67, (ribbon and shadow) C1, C3, C5

Florals and Plants at Tiddly Inks

It is the first Tuesday of the Month so it is time to kick off another Tiddly Inks challenge! The theme for the month of May is Plants and Floral.

I decided to make a sympathy card. It is an important type of card and it is always handy to have one or two laying about. The stamp I chose is the new Cherry Blossom from Tiddly Inks. Isn’t it beautiful? It seemed perfect for my card. I decided to keep it very simple and made my own sentiment.

Copics used: (pink) RC00, R83, R39, (green) YG13, YG63, YG67, (brown) E71, E74, E77, (background) RV00
