Make It Crafty elf

Once again Copic Marker Norge is having an advent calendar and today is my day to show a card. I decided to take the opportunity to thank Zoe of Make It Crafty for her wonderful contribution to the crafting community. Her fab colouring, great shop with fab stamps and of course my favourite chipboard is worth mentioning now that she has decided to close the shop down at the end of this week. I will make sure I get some shopping done at the weekend, for sure, while I still can! Thank you, Zoe, for all the inspiration!

I’ve used this Make It Crafty stamp and chipboard together with some Maja Design paper, some new lace I found on Ebay a couple of months ago and finally got around to using, and ribbon from… I think it’s from the Hobby House, actually, and that I’ve had it forever.

LotV Tomte outside

A very clean and simple blue Christms card using one of the Tomte at Lili of the Valley. I decided to do this one in no-lines.

And the Copics? Well, I don’t remember. I coloured it while I was away and in a hurry, but at a guess it was the B90s, E70s, E40s and Ns primarily.

For my final project for the new Your Next Stamp release I’ve used this adorable little bunny and made a layered card in traditional Christmas colours. The sentiment is from the same stamp set, Christmas Cookie, which you can find here.

This time I used the circular wreath from the Holiday Twinkle stamp set and made a very simple card because I think the stamp is enjoy of a decoration on its own. Anyway, let’s take a look at my card! There are so many fun elements to colour up. I really quite like both the wreaths on this set, so there might just be another card from me soon, just saying! I’ve kept it simple by adding it onto grey cardstock using foam tape for dimension and drew on a black border. The sentiment banner is cut out by hand and also put on foam tape.

YNS November release preview

I’ve been so fortune that I’ve been asked to take part in the Your Next Stamp November release as a quest designer! The stamps are super cute and I’m up for any excuse to make Christmas cards! For the release preview, I’ve made a card using the Holiday Ponies. There are 4 ponies, some sentiments and some smaller stamps all together. I’ve gone with classic Christmas colours for this.

I’ll be back tomorrow with another card for this super release as a part of the blog hop!
