LLLC: Santa’s Helper Baby Luka

Blue is my favourite colour for Christmas, so of course one of the new release cards had to be blue! I used the cute Santa’s Helper Baby Luka with some Maja Design Paper, distress inks and Copics with a dash of white acrylic paint. La-La Land Crafts has some really super new Christmas products and you can see which ones I used at the bottom of the post.

LLLC: Let’s be Mermaids!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks and then not feeling great on top has kept my blog very quiet. I am back again now though, with my Team Friday make for La-La Land Crafts. This week we are showcasing mermaids! As the last one I did was very green and blue, I decided to opt for something completely different: yellow and pink! It’s quite fun to colour mermaids, I think, and I love the matching sentiment! You can find links to all the products below the photo of the card.

A fun wedding card

I’ve popped by the Copic Marker Norge blog today with a wedding card, so I figured I should add it to my own blog as well, so I don’t forget! I’ve used various Maja Design papers, and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts primarily. The lace and pearl string and berry flowers are all from a shop that is now closed down. And the stamp? That is by Mo’s Digital Pencil.

Here is a close-up of the colouring.

James Bear with Snowman

Here is my second Christmas card for May. As the first one was a CAS card, I’ve made this one a layered one. I guess I should get started on my Christmas cards for June soon!

I’ve used another Lili of the Valley stamp for this. The papers are mostly Maja Design and the chipboard is from Make it Crafty.

Copics used: (background) B32, (black) W5, W7, W9, (white) C0, C1, C3, (bear) E41, E42, E43, E44, (red) R22, R24, R27, R59, (green) YG61, YG63, YG67

James bear with Christmas tree

30 degress Celcius and I was making Christmas cards to make sure I finished my two for May in time. It felt wrong, hahaha.

I used a stamp from Lili of the Valley. I do love James Bear! As I wanted to keep the card simple, I just cut strips of card stocks from some I had left over. I made sure to do random colours. Then I clued them all together diagonally across the card base, but made sure to keep two of the corners free. I then cut off whatever was outside the card base, typed up a sentiment, coloured in the background layer of the Make It Crafty chipboard and voila, the card was done!

Copics used: (fur) E71, E74, E77, (tree) YG13, YG61, YG63, YG67, (red) R22, R24, R27, R39, (yellow) Y13, Y19, Y38, (grey) W1, W3, (sky) B32
