Another card post already! I have to keep posting them now that I have been making a few every day. My latest purchases from the weekend have already been used a lot! This post here will even feature some of them.
The blank card was distressed with greens and pinks around the edge. I decided on unusually bright colours for me. A plain bright pink card as well as some papers from the Hideaway pad from First Edition Paper. I admit it; I went mad with dies and punches for this one! On the pink background I used my latest puncher, from Martha Stewart, called Wild Flower. I didn’t use any proper flowers this time, but punched them out in two different sizes and colours. Additionally I used my new (and first!) Magnolia die to make a tag, distressed the edges with pink, used a green stamp and a bright pink ribbon for it. Lastly I used a scalloped die to frame the stamped image which was also done with an oval die! I used a very subtle stamp that didn’t require a lot of colours; a bunny on a swing from Lili of the Valley, coloured in with copics.
