RAM Teddy’s Balloons

It is time to get back into blogging! I’ve tried to update my Instagram semi-frequently, but I’ve simply not had the time to write blog posts as well. To try to make up for being terrible at posting here, I’m going to try to add a card a day all month! We’ll see if I can actually pull it off or not…

First up I have a card made using a Rachelle Anne Miller stamp called Teddy’s Balloons (aff.link). I opted for blues and turquoise colours and a small text making the card for a baby boy.

I do my best to avoid making two cards looking the same. However, there is one exception. If someone wants one of my cards and then another one similar or identical, then I’ll do it. That is the case with this one. Someone wanted the pink version I made earlier this year, but also wanted it in a blue version for a boy. So here it is, using Rachelle Anne Miller’s Hanging Stars!

The text stamp, card base and inks are by MFT Stamps and I’ve used Copic Marker to colour up the image. As always, the enamel dots are by Altenew.

Here you can see the pink and blue together:

RAM Hanging Stars

There is a new release coming to Rachelle Anne Miller‘s digitial stamp shop on Thursday 13th. The new release consists of 4 new stamps and they are adorable, as always! I’ve played with one of the new baby stamps, the one called Hanging Stars. I opted for pinks and yellows for this one, but may well make another one soon with turquoise (because why not, right?).

I put it all on a pink card base, added a sentiment from MFT Stamps, some Avery Elle hearts and enamel dots from Altenew.

Here is another photo.

Copics used: (warm yellow) Y32, Y35, Y38, (Yellow) Y11, Y13, Y17, (darker brown) E70, E71, E74, (lighter brown) E41, E42, E43, (dark grey) N5, N7, N9, (lighter grey) N0, N1, N3, (pink) RV10, RV32, RV34, RV17

RAM Giraffe baby girl

Today I have my first project to share as a part of the Rachelle Anne Miller design team. When she sent me a message inviting me to join her DT, there was just no way I could turn it down. I mean… have you seen her totally adorable stamps? You should definitely check out her shop here. The stamp I have used is called Giraffe and Bird. I combined the coloured panel with a stripy pink paper, a baby chipboard I coloured up to match the paper, some matching enamel dots and a printed Norwegian text that says “Congratulations on your little girl”.

Bundle of joy

Baby cards are fun to make and I think I’ve made more the past year than all the previous years I’ve been card making added up. I wonder why, haha! I do like making them in the non-traditional blue and pinks as well, and this one in turquoise and purple is amongst my favourites already. The adorable stamp is by Stamping Bella, the background paper is by Lawn Fawn and the chipboard was from Make It Crafty.
