Crafty Meraki Christmas miracle

Today I have two cards to show you using the same stamp set from the latest Crafty Meraki release.

First I made a panel and stamped up the holly stamp repeatedly. Then I cut it diagonally and used one part on card one and the other part on card two. I then coloured up some stripes to match the colours of the coloured holly. For the slimline card I used the Frame-Worthy die set from Crafty Meraki to make the border around the card as well as the stripes.

And for the normal A2 sized card I used the bit that was cut out in the middle of the smallest frame to create a strip of colour on the side.

Crafty Meraki Little things

Through the whole month Crafty Meraki has been launching their very first release. It contains both clear stamps and slimline dies. One of the products I’ve gotten to play with is this pretty floral stamp called Little Things. I’ve used it twice at different angles and used autumn colours for a change.

I opted for a red card base and used a die from Altenew for the text combined with an embossed text stamp from MFT Stamps.

Copics used: YR20, YR23, YR27, YR31, E97, E09, E08, E18, E19, G43, G46, YG67, YG91, YG93, YG95, YG97, YG99, R22, R24, R29, R59, R89, BV23, BV25, BV29

RAM Letters to Santa

I have finally been able to sit down and make a few cards again. First one out is this adorable stamp by Rachelle Anne Miller. It is called Letters to Santa and I’ve coloured it up with my Copic markers.

The card itself is reasonable simple with a die cut main panel and some paper scraps die cut into various scraps for the cluster in the corner. The sentiment is from Papirdesign and most of the paper scraps are Maja Design papers.

Copics used: E00, E02, E13, E15, E41, E42, E43, E44, E71, E74, E77, E79, B91, B93, B95, B97, B99, W0, W1, W3, W5, W7, W9, C0, C1, C3, G28, G43, G46, YG63, BG99, B0000, BV20, BV23

Polkadoodles Winnie xmas wishes

Another Polkadoodles project on the menu today! The stamp is called Just for You and I’ve opted for traditional reds and greens in the colouring. For the card itself, however, I wanted a blue and white wintery feel, so I used patterned paper in those colours which I painted with white acrylic paint around the edge. The peace and joy background paper is from the Gnome Season paper pack. The circle die is from the stitched and pierced nested circles set.

Copics used: BV20, BV23, BV25, BV29, N0, N1, N3, N5, N7, R24, R27, R29, R59, R89, G21, G43, G46, BG99, E00, E02, E13, E15, E41, E42, E43, E44, E71, E74, E77, E79, B0000, B000

Thankful for you

There’s no secret that turquoise is my favourite colour. For my birthday this year I got a gift certificate for stamps at Power Poppy and I bought loads! These sunflowers in a vase is one of them. Isn’t it pretty? I layered it on the side of the panel and printed on a part of it. I think it looks pretty good on the side like this. I used a sentiment stamp from a collaboration set made by Hero Arts and Gina K Design and inked it up with ink from Altenew. The enamel dots are also from Altenew, whereas the cardstock is by MFT Stamps.
