In the spirit of new release, I have a card today featuring RAM Stamps’ latest release. This is Do You want to Build a Snowman? (aff.link). I’ve made a no-lines version and kept the card simple.

POD Sweet Holidays
My second card for the Purple Onion Designs release has more of a Christmas theme than the first. Here you have animals dressed as nutcrackers (that’s what I’ve coloured them as anyway, I love The Nutcracker!) in front of Santa’s Workshop. The bear is called Graham and the penguin is called Tristan. The sentiment is from Santa’s Sentiments.
PFS Vintage Card
For my second new release card for Picket Fence Studios (this and the links below are all aff.links), I’ve made a vintage inspired card. I’ve coloured up the fab Jolly Christmas Gnome. For the background I’ve distressed the edge (oxides) and used the awesome Hark, the Angels Sing background stamp (I love a good background stamp!). I then tore the side of the coloured panel before gluing it onto a vintage looking background paper. The sentiment, from the Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree set, is stamped onto kraft card stock and put on foam pads.
POD New Release
Here is another thing I’ve been keeping secret, I’m guesting designing for the new Purple Onion Designs as well! These rubber stamps are delightful and fun, and I’ve had great fun colouring up various from this new release. First out is Cider hiding in a present out on the Nordic Road landscape. It’s night-time, snowing and cold. Winter at its best!
Picket Fence Studios new release
There is a new Picket Fence Studios (aff.link) release out today and I’ve had the honour of playing with loads of the new product as their Guest Designer this month! Yay! I was a bit unsure of which project to show you first, but in the end I decided on this fun layered card completely without colouring which is very unusual for me.
I’ve used loads of products to create this Christmas card. I started out by using the Snowy Tree Scene A2 blending stencil and two different shades of green before using the Falling Snowflakes stencil to create the rest of the background. I wanted the snowflakes rather blurry and fading into the background, so I wasn’t very careful inking it up. The tree was going to be in the focus.
Next I grabbed the great background stamp, Hark, the Angels Sing stamp, and inked up parts of it to cover the majority of one half of the card. The Joy word die was cut out several times, in white, only to be glued together so the word would stand out. Then I used parts of one of the sentiments on the Angels Sing to Newborn King stamp set for an embossed text on top of the word die before finishing off the card with the lightest colouring in the Sequin mix Vintage Bulbs.
