Floral card (og kurs)

18th January I’m having my first colouring and card making course. The object of the course is to make a floral card, where you colour in the stamped image yourself, and there are three possible options. Today’s blog post is for the purple option. I’ve used Rayher dies and a stamp from My Favorite Things.

Magnolia ballerina

It’s been a while since I made a card with my magnolia stamps, so I thought I’d make one. Opted for a green and purple combination.

And the Copic colours I used? I honestly don’t remember, but it looks like it could be my usual skin colours, the E70-series for the hair, the V10-series for the purple, the C for the white and I’m sure there were various YGs for the green.

Make a wish

It is once again the 15th of the month and that means we’re kicking off another anything goes challenge over at Copic Marker Norge. This time the DT has been challenged to do no-line colouring. It’s been a while since I took the time to do one of those so when I sat down to start it took me forever to choose which image to colour! In the end I decided on a Mo’s Digital Pencil stamp called Make A Wish.

The background paper and border die are by MFT Stamps and the butterflies (which I’m sure you know by now that I have a weak spot for) are by La-La Land Crafts.

Copics used: (skin) E0000, E00, E02, E13, E15, R30, (hair) E21, E25, E27, E29, (turquoise) BG10, BG11, BG15, BG18, (purple) V12, V15, V17, (grey) N0, N1, N3, N5, N7, (green) G21, G40, G82, G94

LLLC: I can and I will

Here is my third project for the new La-La Land Crafts release. It’s been fun colouring up the portrait stamps! In fact I’ve already coloured them all up twice and you’ll get to see the others over the next few days as well. I decided to use purple for this one and I think the colour makes everything stand out so nicely. I’ve combined the older Absolutely Perfect word stamp with the new filler words set and they work so great together! You can see how pretty the doily is here as well and of course, butterflies!

I Can And I Will Clear Stamp
Filler Words Print Clear Stamp
You Inspire Me Background Stamp
Absolutely Perfect Clear Stamp

Magnolia snowfall

It’s time for some midway inspiration at Copic Marker Norge. I’ve been inspired by the purple hues and coloured up a Magnolia stamp with Copics of course and used this lovely sentiment from Papirdesign.
