Mo’s Lil Ballerina

I have a fun blue card to share today. I’ve used Lil Ballerina by Mo Manning.

To mix things up a little I’ve made my own background using Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean distress oxides together with an Altenew stencil (aff.link). The enamel dots (aff.link) are also by Altenew and the sentiment is by InkOn3 (and so is the embossing ink!)

RAM Ballerina girl

Time for my first Rachelle Anne Miller project of the year. I’ve chosen one of her adorable girly stamps, a little ballerina. You can find the stamp in her shop here. The whole panel has been coloured up and then I’ve used a stitched rectangle die, embossed a sentiment and added three enamel dots as the only embellishments. The panel itself has been added with foam tape to raise it up from the card base a little.

Copics used: BV0000, BV000, BV00, BV01, BV02, BV04, RV63, RV66, RV69, YG01, YG13, YG17, YG67, Y32, Y38, E00, E02, E13, E15, E21, E23, E25, E27, E29, E49

Magnolia ballerina

It’s been a while since I made a card with my magnolia stamps, so I thought I’d make one. Opted for a green and purple combination.

And the Copic colours I used? I honestly don’t remember, but it looks like it could be my usual skin colours, the E70-series for the hair, the V10-series for the purple, the C for the white and I’m sure there were various YGs for the green.

LLLC Ballerina Box

Little ballerina

It’s been a while since I made anything. In fact I haven’t made anything “for fun” in almost a month. It’s been a rough month. But today I finally felt like making something again. The image is one I coloured up for the 30 day colouring challenge a while ago, but never got around to using it. Now it’s made its way onto a card and I quite like it!

The adorable little girl is by Mo’s Digital Pencil, called Lil Ballerina (it is one of the retiring images, so be quick!), whereas the sentiments are by Penny Black and MFT Stamps. And I kept it very simple.

Here you can see the card from the side. I’ve added the white onto foam tape and used a purple card base.
