26. Girl with big balloon

There’s been a lot of Christmas lately. Funny that, right? Well, today someone special has her birthday, so I feel I had to have a pink birthday card on my blog! It’s very plain, but still fun I thought. The stamp is by Mo’s Digital Pencil and I think it’s great! I love the huge balloon and the little girl! I jazzed up the card with some Bazzill card stock in three different colours, whereas the sentiment stamp as added to one of them. The sentiment is by Papirdesign.

Copics used: (pink) RV00, RV02, RV04, RV09, R89, (bear) E41, E43, E44, (hair) E21, E25, E29, (skin) E000, E00, E04, E11, (grey) W2

24. Merry Christmas, everyone!

Merry Christmas everybody! We celebrate here in Norway today, on the 24th of December. After a while of mandatory Christmas programs on the TV we’ll get dressed and head to my parents for Christmas dinner. Yum! Can’t wait!

Today’s post features as a windy Mo Manning image! I’ve decided to keep the card looking cold, but keeping the colours on the image as well. I’ve used Maja Design, Bazzill, Søstrene Grene and Papirdesign paper along with the obligatory dash of acrylic paint! I do love that effect very much! I’ve made a few snowflakes with a Memory Box die, added some Craftworks Cards’ card candi, cheese cloth, twine and Kort og Godt charm. The sentiment is part of the Maja Design papers.

The image has been coloured with Copics, as always. I’ve added some windy white bits over it using embossing and I quite like the effect of it!

Here is a view of the bottom left side of the card so you can easier see some of the details with the charm and how the acrylic paint and embossed snow work on the image.

And the obligatory funky view!

Copics used: (green) YG61, YG63, YG67, G99, (reds) R22, R24, R27, R59, (brown) E41, E42, E43, E44, E47, (sky) B32, 0, (ground) C1, C3, C5, (skin) E000, E00, E04, E21

7. Fly away – a bookmark

A week into my month of posts, so let’s have something else. What about a bookmark?

It is a very simple bookmark. The stamp is from Mo’s Digital Pencil and coloured in with Copic Markers. I like having very plain, flat bookmarks and this image is perfect as it’s so easy to have your dreams float away as you sit there reading. At least I think so. I love reading and managed to reach my moderate goal of 18 books for 2017 in November, so I guess I will up it to 20 next year.

I think I forgot to write down the colours I used for this (or I’ve just lost the paper..), but I’ll give it a good guess: (skin) E000, E11, E21, (hair) E08, E18, E19, E97, (greens) YG01, YG03, YG63, YG67, (bear) E42, E44, E47, (violets) V04, V06, V09

2. Fly away

Day two of the daily posts through December is here. This time it is a birthday card. A clean and simple one at that.

I’ve used a Mo’s Digital Pencil image and Copic Markers. The three dies are from papirdesign (gratulerer), Kaboks (the 1 is a cut off M ;)) and Linda Design (border) I got at Papirgleder. I drew in some grass at the bottom to make it look like he was indeed flying away.

Copics used: (skin) E000, E00, E21, E04 (purple) V09, V12, V15, V17, (bear) E42, E44, (grey) C1, C3, C5, (grass) YG01, YG03, YG13, YG67, G99

Cake? Did someone say cake?!

Maybe there’s been too many Christmas cards on my blog lately. I can assure you that there are plenty more to come at least. So why not break it up a little with a cake? A massively huge chocolate cake at that.

The image is by Mo’s Digital Pencil and to no one’s surprise it was coloured in with Copic markers. It ended up as yet another CAS card.

This is how the card looks when stood up, open.

Here it is laying down. I added the strip of paper with printed text just on the side inside the card so the inside part is slightly wider than the front is.

At a different angle as usual! And a little closer…
