Be my bunny

A day off work. A day to craft. I have made so many cards recently where I have used pre coloured images that it was time I coloured some myself again. This is the card I made this morning.

The stamp is by Lili of the Valley, the ribbon and bow are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I have used copics to colour the images. Off the top of my head I believe the colours I used were: C1, C3, C5, E50, E51, E53, G40, G82, G94, R11, R24, R29, R97, B000, B0 and a mix I have made of B000 and B00. The image has been put on foam stickers to raise it slightly from the card base.

Home is where my honey bee

Another monday, another challenge at Paper Playtime. This week we’d like you to ‘use a bee’. My bee is from Pink Petticoat. I could not resist it when I saw the sentiment! The image with its black border is raised a bit using sticky pads. The rhinestones have been in my stash for a year and a half or so, the ribbon is from a local shop and floral border is made with a Martha Stewart Puncher. I then drew a black border around the card with my black copic marker.

Happy New Year

Happy new year, everybody! Hopefully this post finds you full of energy for starting a new year and that you are still following whatever ambitious new year resolutions you decided on this year!

I only have a simple card for you today. The background papers are plain shimmering silver and a black and white patterned paper, which may or may not be a BoBunny one. One of my new years resolutions is that I shall pay closer attention to which papers I use when I make cards, haha! The pre coloured image is by Lili of the Valley, as is the stamp I’ve used in the corner. I’ve used dies to create the scalloped edge around it.

Playing in the snow.

I went to a scapping faire nearly two weeks ago. Several new things made its way home with me, including some boxes I really wish to get started decorating. So far I’ve barely even had a chance to get them out of the bag, though. Anyway, it’s been a while since I added a card here, so here’s one:
