Floral card (og kurs)

18th January I’m having my first colouring and card making course. The object of the course is to make a floral card, where you colour in the stamped image yourself, and there are three possible options. Today’s blog post is for the purple option. I’ve used Rayher dies and a stamp from My Favorite Things.

Flowers for you

A non-Christmas card today. Opted for various pink hues and letting the coloured image (stamp by Power Poppy) take all the focus on this layered card. I used a little bit of lace and ribbon, made my own sentiment and stuck with one patterned paper and a light grey card base.

I coloured this up for the colouring challenge in June, and I don’t remember where I wrote down the colours… The vase should be various N, though…

Flowers for you

It’s the middle of the month again already and that means it’s time for a new challenge over at Copic Marker Norge. This time the has been challenged to make something with the theme nature. I chose to colour up a floral stamp by My Favorite Things.

The border die is also by My Favorite Things, the butterfly by La-La Land Crafts and the dots are gumdrops from Your Next Stamp.

Mo’s girl with flowers

Someone I have known since I was very little recently had her birthday and if that doesn’t call for a handmade birthday card then what does?!

I’ve used Maja Design and Papirdesign paper together with a Mo’s Digital Pencil stamp, the doily from the new La-La Land Crafts release and Rayher number dies. Ruffle up some edges, add some ribbon and lace and some personalised sentiments and voila!

Pink Azalea

Another clean and simple card from me today. This time I’ve made a card using one of the flower stamps from Power Poppy. I had a bit of a accident with my copics right at the end when colouring it up, a big massive near-black coloured blob. I managed to fix it, mostly, and then I fussy cut the image. The background it something I made using one of the pink distress oxide inks and a heart stencil, and the text stamp is by Huldra Designstudio.

Copics used: (pink) RV52, RV55, RV17, R39, R89, (green) YG01, YG13, YG63, YG67, (brown) E21, E25, E29 + white pen
