Crafty Meraki – Sympathy rose
For today’s card, as my Crafty Meraki post of a the week, I’ve used Colorado Craft Company as my primary focus. The stamp is called Big & Bold Sympathy Rose. The stamp is quite large, so you need to cut it to make it fit on an A2 card. I opted for an angle a bit different to what is usual for this stamp and I picked some semi-random colours to colour it up. The flower is stamped with Ink On 3’s Fadeout ink.
As the stamp itself takes up so much space, I opted to leave the card reasonably simple. Just a bit of frantage over the coloured panel, a sentiment and some enamel dots in a match colour.
The sentiment is from MFT Stamps, the Smile Maker set, and is embossed in white on dark green card stock.

Polkadoodles beary great day
I’m back to share my second Polkadoodles project with using using the clear stamps set Beary Great Day. I asked three of the stamps together and coloured it up using Copic markers and faintly coloured lines. The sentiment is from the same set.
For the card itself I used two different pattered papers from the paper pad Blushing Blooms. The first is cut to fit the card front, and the second is slightly smaller, cut at an angle at the bottom and added with foam tape for some dimension.

Yellow statement flower
I love this stamp (and it’s actually in stock as I type up this blog post as well, for a change!). I know I recently coloured it up in pale pink (see here), but I couldn’t help myself and had to colour it up in yellow as well. Yellow is really not my colour, but it is a very pretty colour when it comes to flowers so I figured it would be perfect for this stamp! The stamp, Statement Flowers, is by ALTENEW. This time I turned the stamp set around a bit more to make a low card instead of a tall one. It’s great that you can use the stamp in either direction!
I used Inkon3’s Fadeout Ink to get the no-lines effect. I love that ink pad! It’s by far my favourite of the ink pads I have tried for no-lines colouring! I stamped the sentiment (from the Paint-a-Flower: Poppy set) using Evergreen from the Zesty Limes mini cubes set, the smaller sentiment stamp is from the Statement Flower stamp set, but it’s in quite a faint shade of yellow, so not easy to photograph. The enamel dots are from Altenew as well, but unfortunately they didn’t photograph very well either this time as they are such a pale green colour.
Here is another photo of the card.
