Girl resting on a wall

I’ve had my first proper go at masking stamps together using this stamp set by hÄnglar & Wings. It is three different stamps: the girl, the wall and the plant. As the stamps together becomes quite a large one, I decided to make it into quite a simple card. Masking isn’t as difficult as it looks, but I’ve never been a huge fan of fussy cutting so I’m glad I can keep the masks to reuse them another time.

Det har blitt satt opp flere fargeleggingskurs hos Hobbykunst utover høsten hvor dette motivet er en av de vi skal fargelegge. Mer informasjon og påmelding finner du hos Hobbykunst her.

You deserve this

The great thing about stamps is that you can use them in lots of different ways. The previous time I used this stamp, which is a flower stamp by InkOn3, on a card I stamped it once, in no-lines and then I cut it out for the card I made (you can see that card here). This time I’ve stamped it twice, at different angles, with black ink. I’ve coloured it up using Copic Marker and placed it on green cardstock. I used text stamps from Mathia Design (Hobbykunst) where I stamped the bigger text directly onto the coloured panel and the other text was stamped on black card stock and embossed in white. Three rhinestones and the card was done.

Thankful for a friend like you

Another simple card with focus on the colouring. I’ve used a stamp set from Gina K / Simon Says Stamp (it was a freebie with purchase at SSS) for both the flower and text stamps.

Copics used: V12, V15, V17, V09, G94, G99, YG03, YG17, Y32, Y38, E08, E18

Whimsy Jillian

There is a new digital release at Whimsy Stamps because apparently it’s April already. How that happened, I’m not entirely sure… I’ve coloured Jillian and her little bird friend up with Copics as usual. She is a fun one to colour up, even if the hair tends to take a bit of time.

I’ve kept the card simple by using paper from Maja Design and Reprint as well as Make it Crafty chipboard and Rayher butterflies.

Berry fairy

It’s been a while since I coloured up this cutie by Mo’s Digital Pencil. I am trying really card to get through some of the coloured images I have laying around before the next 30 day colouring challenge starts next month, just to avoid the pile growing even taller! We’ll see how well I succeed, I suppose. Dies by MFT Stamps and Rayher, the background paper is also MFT Stamps and the enamel dots are by Altenew.
