Party girls

Someone special had her birthday recently and this seemed to be the perfect image for her birthday card. I used one of my favourite stamps by Stamping Bella and coloured it in with copic as usual. If you’d like to get a similar glittery effect as I have on the dresses, then the technique is the same as I’ve got in the sparkly dress tutorial (which you can find a link to in the tutorial section).

I’ve used a die from Papirdesign, and text stamp by Huldra Stamps. The card is kept mostly clean and simple, just the way I like it.

LLLC: Summer Boardwalk

It is Friday and time for another La-La Land Crafts project! This time we are working with the theme of Summer Boardwalk. I decided to go with no-line colouring as usual for Marci and I then drew in the boardwalk for her to stand on. You can find a list of the all the products I used below.

LLLC: Let’s be Mermaids!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks and then not feeling great on top has kept my blog very quiet. I am back again now though, with my Team Friday make for La-La Land Crafts. This week we are showcasing mermaids! As the last one I did was very green and blue, I decided to opt for something completely different: yellow and pink! It’s quite fun to colour mermaids, I think, and I love the matching sentiment! You can find links to all the products below the photo of the card.

Summer is best at the beach

Goodness… how fast the year is flying by!

Anyway, it is time for some midway inspiration at Copic Marker Norge.  Once again it is a moodboard challenge and I’ve been inspired by the summer and beach feeling along with the colours. The stamp I chose is by Saturated Canary and Krista Smith. The paper is by Maja Design and the chipboard is, as usual, by Make it Crafty.

Christmas is less than half a year away

So apparently June is nearly over. I’ve just finished my two Christmas cards for the month, phew, and the hot temperatures are back. A slightly awkward mix, I know! I can’t believe how fast this month has passed, but oh well. Let’s have a look at that card. It is very plain and I’ve used a Mo’s Digital Pencil image together with a sentiment stamp from Norsk Stempelblad.
