100th card

Apparently this card here is the 100th I post on this blog, which is a small milestone for me. Little did I know when I first purchased crafting supplies a year ago that I would sit here today writing about my 100th card. It certainly won’t end here. I made sixteen (yes, that’s 1 6) cards at the weekend. It was nice to have the time to do them all.

Vintage wedding

Today’s post is another wedding card. I still have a handful more that I need to post. It’s been a long week so far and I’m glad it’s nearly weekend, although I doubt it will be any less busy than this week has been and the next will be. Hopefully I have a little more time to fit some crafting in next week though.

Wedding season

It appears to be wedding season. I have a friend getting married soon so I decided to have a play and make my first wedding cards. As I haven’t got a lot of stamps for the occasion, I decided on use vintage photos instead. A lady at work and a family friend were also interested, so this week I have made 5 different cards. This is the first of them.

Shabby Chic

I have never tried it before, the shabby chic style, but I’ve seen so many beautiful cards with the style that I figured now was a good time to give it a go. There is nothing like a good dose of inspiration, and it is Fleur who has made me want to try this style. Her cards are absolutely gorgeous; take a look if you haven’t already!
