Summer is still not over, or so I have been told. It is cold and wet most days with the odd day of beautiful sunshine showing that summer is desperately clinging on, not quite ready to let go.

Copic Europe celebration
A month ago or so I spotted a post over at Copic Marker Europe that they were having a challenge running and that they provided the digital image to be used in the creation. As I have never really been provided with the actual image to use previously, I thought it would be a nice challenge and committed to join in by emailing for the two digital images that were provided.
Garden fairy
A beautiful summer day today. Work, followed by exercise on the mountain bike and then a spot of card making in the evening. Sadly this was my only day of doing that this summer as I only have late shifts until my holiday in August. Anyway, let’s have a summer card post. It will be short as I am tired enough I might even be sleep typing this!
Party hardy
Today’s card is something different. For once I have ventured into the land of bold colours. My main intention here was to try to colour the stamp in with bold colours, not really planning to use it for anything but practicing colouring and shading. However, I ended up liking it so much that I made it into a card and started colouring two more images with bold colours. It was actually easier than I had anticipated.
Butterflies and flowers
The crafting inspiration is greater than the blog inspiration still, so I am still a bit behind in posting the cards here. However, this card couldn’t have been posted until this week anyway, as it was for a co-worker whose birthday was this week. I wanted to make something flowery with a dash of red.
