You deserve this

The great thing about stamps is that you can use them in lots of different ways. The previous time I used this stamp, which is a flower stamp by InkOn3, on a card I stamped it once, in no-lines and then I cut it out for the card I made (you can see that card here). This time I’ve stamped it twice, at different angles, with black ink. I’ve coloured it up using Copic Marker and placed it on green cardstock. I used text stamps from Mathia Design (Hobbykunst) where I stamped the bigger text directly onto the coloured panel and the other text was stamped on black card stock and embossed in white. Three rhinestones and the card was done.

Rainbow and bunny

I’ve made a reasonably simple card again. This time I’ve used a rainbow patterned background paper by Lawn Fawn together with a purple background paper by MFT Stamps. The wee bunny is also from MFT Stamps while the text stamp is by the Norwegian brand Mathia Design. Some enamel dots by Altenew and some foam tape for dimension and there we go!

Whimsy Princess with her cake

Whimsy Stamps have several new digital stamps out each month. One of the ones that were released this month is this cute little one with her cake. Her name is Princess and she’s a part of the CC Designs collection.

I used a die cut and some chip board along with a Norwegian text stamp. You can get the same effect on yours if you use one of the border dies in this set as well as this alphabet die set.

Elephant birthday

On Tuesday, a friend and I decided that we were going to attempt the new MFT Stamps sketch challenge, no matter what it was, when the new one was out. That was yesterday. My card came along pretty nicely. I used some stamps I coloured up a while back and kept the same colour scheme for the rest of the card, using blue, turquoise and lime green Distress Oxide inks. I cut out the coloured panels using dies from MFT Stamps and the stamps are also from them as well, the Happy Hippos and Adorable Elephants sets. I finished the card off with a Norwegian sentiment, which means happy birthday, by Mathia Design (Hobbykunst) and a few enamel dots from Altenew.

This card has been entered into the following challenge:

MFT Stamps – Sketch challenge #490

Dusty pink poppy

A few weeks back I shared a card where I had used an ALTENEW stamp several times and made a whole panel with it. Well, this time I’ve coloured the flower up in no-lines using InkOn3’s FadeOut Ink and I’ve also coloured up the background paper in a similar colour to match the coloured image. I used pretty much the same Copics and colour palette on the previous card, which you can click here to view. It shows quite well how much difference it made when I used a black outline on the stamp compared to this no-lined version.

The text stamp is by Mathia Design (Hobbykunst) and is stamped up using Gina K’s white ink. Gave it a cool effect, I thought. I’ve used stitched rectangle dies by MFT Stamps for both the main stamped panel and the sentiment strip. To top it all off I used three enamel dots by Altenew.
